EnergyUsually, at the beginning of the week, we need more energy to get into work and start the week productively. Every Monday we are going to do a special yoga sequence designed to increase energy, concentration, and productivity. 

Balance. In the middle of the week, we may already feel a little tired, maybe drowned in long agenda and unexpected events. The best thing we can do for our mind and body these days, is to balance ourselves. Calm down a bit and get back to our center. On Wednesdays, we are going to do a yoga sequence designed to balance the body and mind.

Relaxation. Every entrepreneur needs it. It is so clear and obvious. I believe you agree with me that only a rested mind and body can function perfectly. Friday is dedicated to relaxation. At the end of the week, this is all we need. Let’s forget all the challenges, just be here and now. Present. Completely relax the body and mind. Let go of everything and return to your true self.

Mileta Navickaitė Besides Aiste Jokub's talent to work with a group and each individual at the same time, she is very professional. Every class is well prepared, paid a lot of attention for every exercise equally. She cares a lot about each of the trainee well-being, body‘s and emotional situation.
