Every morning, my breakfast is a fruit smoothie. When I started eating or better to say drinking such a breakfast, I began to feel better. What a great start for a new day and even better than coffee! Most often I make my smoothies simple (just banana and mango) and I add some spirulina or chlorella powder, it changes the taste a little but anyway it is still good enough. However, I found one recipe the taste of which is so perfect that you feel you are on holiday on a beautiful island by the blue ocean while enjoying the smoothie. So far it is the most delicious fruit cocktail I have ever tasted. It is possible to use only the juice of these fruits so the taste becomes even more concentrated. In my opinion, it is healthier to use whole fruits, so I just mix all of them, except for oranges (sometimes I use their juice instead of the pulp).

So the recipe is very simple and consists of 4 ingredients:

  • Two bananas
  • Mango slice
  • One peach
  • 1 L orange juice

Optional (in summer): A little ice to cool off the cocktail

Put all fruit in a blender and mix well. At the end add a little ice to cool off the drink.

For summer it is the best refreshment! And the taste is even more perfect, so refreshing and gentle. Oh, did I forget to say that it’s healthy too? It’s definitely worth a try.
