Now that you already know what motivates you, what your goals are, how to prepare for workouts, maybe you’ve discovered (or are on your way) your favorite physical activity, it’s very important to put that into practice and keep moving.
Keep in mind that motivation comes and goes. The most important thing is to create healthy habits. And the only way to achieve that is through self-discipline.
Imagine that a workout is the same as brushing your teeth every day. You do this because you know it’s essential to your teeth and health. Build the same discipline with workouts, even if it only takes 5 minutes. Better 5 minutes than anything at all. Just show up. It’s a slow process but quitting won’t speed it up.
Enjoy your physical activity, if you don’t enjoy it, change it.
