Active leisure fan

Active leisure fans usually like to enjoy their activities and get fit at the same time. It is a very useful form of leisure time – not only for your health but also for your mood. As an active leisure fan, you probably do not like activities where you need to push yourself very much and you do not have a lot of fitness goals. You just want to stay active while you enjoy your activity. Likely, you will like fun activities in nature or with some friends, such as hiking, bicycling, swimming and so on. The most important thing for you is that the activity must be interesting, entertaining and joyful. When you do not need to measure your time, you just enjoy it and that's it. The main tip is to find the best activities outside the home and invite your friends. You can play some games together on the beach or in the park or go for a long walk with your dog. If you are introverted and do not like to spend your free time in  company or outside, you can download some apps, which are game based and which could help you get fit as well as having fun in your workouts. Below, you can find some activities related to your favorite type of activity. Just try some of them and see which you like the most.


Which physical activity is best for you?

Your favorite type of workout is light-moderate intensity. You do not like cardio exercises as much as lighter pace workouts. You like this type of exercise because it's the perfect way to spend your free time. There is a huge amount of this type of workout, which you can do indoors and outdoors. Here are some examples that you can try and see how you feel. Remember: if you do not feel good in your workouts just try something new (even if it's not on your list or you have never tried it).

Also, while you are an active leisure fan, try activities which you usually do in your free time, or some sports and games in nature because your main focus is to spend time actively but also that are interesting and fun.
