I am one of those people who do not like to cook because sometimes it seems that it’s just a waste of time especially if you need to make a meal for several hours. surprised

I began to cook only in order to find out what exactly I eat and to be able to control it.

So the desire to eat healthier has led me to the kitchen. I have never thought that I will write about recipes on my blog because my food is simple and quick to prepare. 

However, sometimes I come up with tasty discoveries which I want to share.

Probably everyone knows wraps and variations with them. In many cases, this is not a very healthy combination but it is really possible to find and make healthier alternatives, especially for those who do not eat dairy products.

This option is delicious, healthy and easy to prepare.

Quantities to choose according to the expected final result. For about two people I need the following ingredients:

  • 2-4 wraps (I use without gluten or made of simple ingredients)
  • 100-200 g hummus (you can make it yourself or buy at the store)
  • favorite greens
  • several sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 1 fresh avocado

Combine hummus with chopped sun-dried tomatoes and spread on wraps. Then put all the remaining sliced ingredients and wrap it together. That’s all. Fast, healthy and delicious, that‘s why I love this recipe.

P.S. For me, it is always very hard to wrap all ingredients together perfectly. You can see it in the picture. laughing laughing laughing
